Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (some flexibility required; occasional off-hours support may be needed)

Position Overview
We are seeking a Flow Form Reliability Leader to support and improve flow forming operations in a high-volume manufacturing environment. This role will focus on equipment reliability, training, preventative maintenance, process optimization, and continuous improvement to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide training to maintenance, operators, and technical staff on all aspects of flow forming.
- Develop and maintain training plans for flow forming operations.
- Oversee and ensure timely completion of preventative maintenance tasks.
- Review and update preventative maintenance plans and schedules to align with best practices.
- Optimize machine setups and changeovers to reduce downtime.
- Develop long-term equipment strategies, including upgrades and replacements.
- Report on downtime and throughput issues, identifying countermeasures.
- Participate in the quotation process for new projects requiring flow forming.
- Support program changes, part development, prototyping, and system backups.
- Manage installation and startup of new flow forming equipment.
- Track, document, and resolve all flow forming-related issues.
- Optimize tooling usage to minimize costs.
- Lead continuous improvement projects specific to flow forming.
- Coordinate supplier visits and technical support as needed.
- Oversee rebuilds of roller housings and similar equipment.
- Collaborate with scheduling to ensure adequate time for maintenance activities.
- Travel to supplier sites for new equipment trials as necessary.
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience with flow forming equipment.
- Strong technical expertise with Fanuc, Allen Bradley, and Siemens controls, including program editing.
- Proficient in GD&T, blueprint reading, and interpreting CMM reports.
- Skilled in the use of hand gauging equipment (calipers, micrometers, depth mic, etc.).
- Proven experience operating and setting up Murata lathes and vertical machining centers (VMC).
- Knowledge of advanced manufacturing techniques and tooling management.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to lead cross-functional support.
