About the Role

The Bookkeeper will manage client records, reconciliations, financial statements, and year-end packages. The position is five days a week onsite in San Francisco!


Responsibilities

  • Manage client records
  • Perform reconciliations
  • Prepare financial statements
  • Compile year-end packages

Required Skills

  • Proficiency with QuickBooks
  • Proficiency with Excel
  • Experience with payroll software (e.g., Gusto, ADP, or Paychex)
