School-Based Occupational Therapist (Full-Time, K-12)
Position Type: Full-Time, Full School Year

Overview:
Soliant Health is seeking a dedicated and passionate Occupational Therapist to join our school-based team in Valencia.This position will work with students in grades K-12, providing essential therapy services to help them achieve their educational and developmental goals. Responsibilities:

  • Assess and evaluate students' needs and abilities
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and goals
  • Provide direct therapy services in accordance with IEP goals
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff
  • Monitor and document students' progress
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal setting and progress updates

Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
  • Current CA Occupational Therapist license
  • Previous experience in a school setting preferred
  • Strong munication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work with a diverse student population
