Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A well-established retail and long-term care pharmacy in Coal Grove, OH is seeking a qualified Pharmacist for a per diem opportunity. This role offers the chance to apply your expertise in medication distribution and patient consultation within a dynamic healthcare setting.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately distribute medications prescribed by physicians and other healthcare providers.
- Provide patients and customers with detailed information about medications, including usage, side effects, and storage.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience for all clients.
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and pharmacy protocols.
Qualifications:
- Valid Ohio Pharmacist license is required.
- Experience in retail and/or long-term care pharmacy settings is highly preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a dedication to patient care.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team.
Schedule:
- Monday through Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (9 hours daily)
- Friday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM (6 hours)
- Total weekly hours: 42
