Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or two years experience
- Ability to work with contractors on equipment installations and building expansions
- Follow and implement TS 16949 Quality Standards
- Experienced in cross-cultural work environment
- Ability to manage project, schedule and cost
- Machine and process trouble shooting
- Skilled in AutoCAD or other drafting software
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of Toyota Production System
Responsibilities:

Description
1.
Develop and / or maintain documented processes for new or existing production parts and assembly line process equipment.
2.
Support pre-production trial activities by tracking and reporting data acquired from the trials and develop countermeasures for problem areas uncovered during the trials.
3.
Take countermeasure for production equipment, tools and process concerning scrap, labor or customer issue improvements.
4.
Manage equipment installations (mechanically and electronically); work with contractors to establish a schedule
5.
Support new production launches for sample submissions
6.
Support the production floor by helping address daily problems
7.
Manage project schedules as assigned
8.
Perform other duties as assigned
