Local manufacturing company is looking for a Customer Service Administrator who can manage customer accounts, generating quotes, and providing product knowledge and support.
Job Duties:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone or email regarding products, pricing, availability, and specifications.
- Prepare and process sales quotes accurately and efficiently.
- Provide knowledge and guidance on product options
- Assist customers with billing and invoice discrepancies
- Track orders and communicate lead times, delivery status, or any delays to customers.
- Resolve customer concerns and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions and quotations
Ideal Candidate will have:
- 4+ years of Customer Service experience, preferably for a manufacturing company
- Excellent computer skills; ability to learn company's proprietary system
- Strong customer service and communication skills
