Description
American Traveler is hiring a Nuclear Medicine PET/CT Technologist for a 13-week travel contract requiring PET/CT experience and at least 1 year of experience in Nuclear Medicine.
Details
- Nuclear Medicine department in an acute care hospital setting
- Performs therapeutic and diagnostic imaging procedures for radiologist and physician interpretation
- PET/CT procedures are a core component of the role
- Day shift schedule with start times ranging from 7:00–8:00 AM and end times ranging from 3:30–4:30 PM
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of Nuclear Medicine experience required
- PET/CT experience required
- Current BLS certification (AHA)
- Valid Nuclear Medicine license or certification — license required if applicable
- Must possess a US Social Security Number and provide a US home address
Additional Information
- Performs both therapeutic and diagnostic nuclear medicine procedures, producing quality images for radiologist and physician interpretation
- Local candidates are welcome to apply; however, candidates living within the facility's radius may be eligible at a reduced pay rate — the radius distance varies by state
- Two professional references are required for consideration
