Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Review client job requirements and source qualified healthcare professionals for contract and direct-hire roles.
- Utilize job boards, social media, referrals, and creative sourcing strategies to identify top talent.
- Conduct thorough candidate screenings, including evaluation of clinical qualifications, experience, compensation expectations, and employment terms (W2, 1099, etc.).
- Maintain a strong pipeline of healthcare candidates across multiple specialties.
- Navigate U.S. employment types and visa categories as applicable.
- Leverage applicant tracking systems (ATS) and internal tools to manage workflows and ensure timely placements.
- Stay current on healthcare industry trends, credentialing, compliance requirements, and licensing standards.
Business Development & Client Engagement (Ohio Market)
- Develop and expand client relationships with healthcare organizations across Ohio.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including direct clients, MSPs, and VMS programs.
- Partner closely with Account Managers and leadership to drive account growth and fill rates.
- Conduct outreach, client meetings, and presentations to showcase service capabilities and secure new partnerships.
- Maintain strong, ongoing communication with clients to understand workforce needs and deliver tailored staffing solutions.
- Support proposal development, contract negotiations, and client onboarding.
Collaboration & Performance
- Participate in daily team meetings to align priorities, requisitions, and placement strategies.
- Apply both traditional and innovative recruiting techniques, including Boolean search methods, to meet hiring goals.
- Consistently meet or exceed recruiting and business development metrics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in U.S. healthcare recruiting.
- Proven experience in business development, client acquisition, or account growth—preferably within Ohio.
- Strong knowledge of MSP/VMS environments.
- Experience working with U.S. citizens and Green Card holders.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
