ATI Systems is the industry leader in mass notification systems and emergency communication, offering the world's most reliable and technically advanced Mass Notification Systems (MNS) and Emergency Voice Communication for indoors and out.
ATI Systems is looking for a Bookkeeper to join our team! You will be responsible primarily for Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, reconciling accounts, and processing General Ledger entries, into our Sage 50 accounting software. Also assisting the accounting team in other areas as needed.
Responsibilities:
· Process invoices and bills.
· Organize office mail.
· Record Business transactions.
· Manage customers and vendors accounts.
· File creation and daily filing.
· Reconciling accounts
· Proficiency in accounting software, specifically Sage 50.
· Understand and use accounting principles.
· Exchange written and verbal communication as needed.
· Generate phone calls as needed.
· Schedule meetings as needed.
· Liaison between employees and Human Resources Dept.
· Compile any documentation needed for accounting purposes.
· Assist in any task assign.
· Follow and uphold company’s confidentiality rules.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in SAGE 50 software preferred.
· Strong organizational skills.
Effective communication skills.
Strong execution under scheduled deadlines.
Detail and deadline oriented.
Fast pace and able to work under time restraints.
Critical thinking skills.
College education – 4-year college degree preferred.
Experience – 2-5-years preferred
