Job Title: Bilingual Case Manager (Spanish)
Location: Manhattan, NY 10003
Schedule: Sunday through Thursday | 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
1 plus year experience needed in a Homeless Shelter environment

We're seeking a compassionate and organized Bilingual Case Manager (Spanish) to join their dedicated team.
Key Responsibilities:

Carry a caseload of approximately 15 clients

Conduct psychosocial evaluations and regular client assessments

Meet weekly with clients to support their recovery and housing goals

Develop individualized service plans and encourage harm reduction practices

Prepare and submit all necessary housing application documentation

Provide counseling and guidance throughout the housing process

Maintain timely and accurate case notes and records, in accordance with agency and City/State guidelines
Qualifications:

Bilingual in Spanish and English strongly preferred

Previous case management or social services experience a plus

Strong organizational and communication skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Familiarity with housing systems and recovery-oriented practices a bonus
Schedule:
This is a full-time position with a unique Sunday–Thursday schedule (10 AM – 6 PM), allowing for better weekday service coverage and Friday/Saturday flexibility.
