Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist to join our team, providing therapy and support for children with autism. In this role, you’ll evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and cognitive disorders in patients under the age of 6. You’ll work closely with families and a multidisciplinary team to develop individualized treatment plans, monitor progress, and ensure meaningful outcomes for every child.

Compensation:

$75,000

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate integrated care plans.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results.
• Provide therapy sessions to improve children’s communication skills.
• Meet with families to provide training and guidance for continued progress at home.
• Maintain accurate patient records.

Qualifications:

• Committed to providing high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) with relevant credentials.
• Eager to grow professionally and learn new techniques.
• Experience in pediatric or autism-focused therapy preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
