Supply Technician (ASP) - Lualualei
Job Description Summary:
Performs the duties of the Munitions Section Supply Technician and works under general supervision of the Operations Supervisor on behalf of the Munitions Division Manager. This position performs technical supply management work through the Standard Army Ammunition Supply System (SAAS) e.g., inventory management, storage management, cataloging, and other tasks related to depot, local, or other munition activities. This work may require consideration of program requirements together with specific variations from standardized guidelines and directives. Assignments usually relate to standardized segments of technical munition management operations such as: (1) a good working knowledge of the governing supply systems, programs, policies, nomenclature, work methods, manuals, or other established guidelines; (2) an understanding of the needs of the organization serviced; and (3) analytical ability to define or recognize the dimension of the problems involved, to collect the necessary data to establish the facts, and take or recommend action based upon application or interpretation of established guidelines.
May be assigned to support contract support requirements in job-related areas such as environmental, safety, and security. In addition to the broad scope of complexity, which is aligned to quality control, data line content, and posting of all transactional data being conducted on a normal day, must be able to utilize multifaceted information systems access (MHP, MTMS, TAMIS, SAAS, CORPS, FACTS, VFS, etc.) in compliance to various defined procedures. Technical knowledge includes but is not limited to quality control procedures, DOD/Army/Navy/Air Force regulations/process requirements, standard operation procedures, manpower utilization, time management, logistics), safety, and physical security.
Physical requirements include (but are not limited to) the ability to lift 50+ lbs., pushing, pulling, carrying, stooping, bending, squatting, climbing, and reaching. Will be required to handle hazardous material and use of related personal protective equipment.

Qualifications:
- Must be able to achieve/obtain a favorable government Personnel reliability Program background screen to acquire a DA 7708 and possess a current state driver’s license.
- Must be able to use, powered equipment, material handling equipment.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office is required.
- Must possess excellent organizational and multitasking skills, as well as a Level 1 (basic) command of Microsoft Office.
- May be required to acquire AMMO-31, AMMO-45, AMMO-63, AMMO-64, AMMO-67, AMMO-68, AMMO-75, AMMO-76, AMMO-108/AMMO Handlers, and AMMO-112 certifications as required.
- Must be able to work overtime and may be cross utilized in other job areas when required.

- Ability to lift 50+ lbs
- Performing activities such as pushing, pulling, carrying, stooping, bending, squatting, climbing, and reaching
- Handling hazardous materials and utilizing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Must obtain Powered Industrial Lift (PIT)/MHE certification as required
