Job Title: General Labor / Material Technician
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour
Position Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Labor / Material Technician to support daily operations within our department. This role focuses on maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient workspace while assisting operators with basic material handling tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Remove trash and dispose of waste in designated areas
- Open cardboard boxes and prepare materials for operators
- Remove stickers, labels, and packaging from items as needed
- Clean and maintain workstations to ensure a safe and orderly environment
- Move pallets and assist with general material handling
- Perform routine housekeeping duties throughout the department
- Support team members with additional tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Capable of lifting, moving, and handling materials as needed
- Dependable with a strong work ethic
Work Environment:
This position operates in a warehouse or production environment and may require standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift.
