- Prepare and submit inspection reports, compliance checklists, and follow-up recommendations to customers and the internal compliance team. Facilitate pre & post inspection meetings as needed.
- Provide guidance to customers regarding corrective actions, timelines, and best practices for maintaining compliance.
Customer Interaction
- Serve as an on-site representative of Mass Tank, delivering professional communication and strong customer service.
- Educate facility owners and operators on inspection results, maintenance needs, and regulatory impacts of deficiencies.
- Coordinate scheduling and site access, ensuring minimal disruption to customer operations.

- This position requires significant travel throughout the country, often multiple days per week.
- Overnight travel is required based on project location.
- Travel expenses, per diem, and travel accommodations provided.
Qualifications
Required
- Experience working with UST systems, petroleum equipment, environmental compliance, or industrial field service.
- Familiarity with components such as spill buckets, dispensers, STP sumps, piping, leak detection equipment, and containment systems.
- Ability to interpret regulatory requirements and apply them in the field.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort working outdoors, underground, and in active fuel facilities.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and time-management skills.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel extensively.
