We are currently seeking a Procurement II (Associate) for a contract role supporting a global Animal Health organization.
Position Details
• Location: 126 East Lincoln Avenue, Rahway, NJ 07065 (Onsite)
• Contract Period: January 5, 2026 – December 31, 2026
• Schedule: Full-time
• Pay Rate: $44.58/hour
About the Role
This role supports Indirect Procurement and Strategic Sourcing, with a primary focus on Veterinary Devices and select commercial indirect spend categories. You will work closely with global stakeholders, suppliers, and cross-functional teams to support sourcing, supplier management, and change initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct supplier and supply market analysis
• Support sourcing activities (RFIs, RFPs) and negotiations
• Develop cost models and pricing analysis
• Assist with contract preparation and management
• Monitor and improve supplier performance
• Manage stakeholder relationships across global teams
• Support change management initiatives
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s preferred)
• 3–5 years of experience in procurement or sourcing
• Experience with indirect spend categories (e.g., logistics, IT, professional services)
• Proficiency in SAP Ariba
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables preferred)
