Personal Care Assistant
4- up to 12-Week Short-Term Assignment
Title: Personal Care Assistant (PCA)
Status: Full Time Temporary
Shift: Rotating Shifts, Every Other Weekend
Location: Greensburg, Murrysville, and North Huntingdon Personal Care
Department: Five Star Staffing

What You'll Do:
- Provide compassionate care to residents, assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Comfortable using lifts.
- Ability to care for 10-13 residents in a section.
- Ensure resident safety and comfort by performing regular rounds and monitoring their well-being.
- Assist with mealtimes and ensure adequate hydration and nutrition.
- Transport residents to and from activities, appointments, and social events.
- Implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident.
What We're Looking For:
- MINIMUM 2 years of experience working in a long-term care setting.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Direct Care Worker certificate.
- Experience working with the geriatric population.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, and at different locations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
