Astroscale U.S. Inc. is currently seeking a Proposal Manager to join our team in our Denver, Colorado location.
Job Description
- Plan, manage, and write winning proposals. Work within a structured proposal process, running Proposal Kick-Off, Blue Team, Pink Team, and Red Team reviews
- Work effectively with the entire Astroscale U.S. team, including program engineering, MARCOMS, Policy, finance, contracts, and senior management
- Produce professional, compliant proposals for both commercial and government markets, in response to RFPs, RFIs, RPPs, RFQs, and BAAs, as well as unsolicited proposals
- Coordinate the creation of impactful white papers and high-profile presentations
- Assure that proposals meet a high standard of excellence and communicate value propositions, win themes, and discriminators within the organization
- Effectively manage multiple proposals simultaneously
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in bid and proposal management
- Must demonstrate knowledge in the development, coordination, and application of proposal principles, concepts, regulations, and practices, reflecting industry-best practices such as APMP and Shipley
- Strong process and project leadership skills: organizing, planning, scheduling, and coordinating workloads to meet established deadlines or milestones
- Ability to obtain a US security clearance is required
- Time management and scheduling skills
- Strong people leadership skills
- Excellent communication, writing, presentation, and listening skills with the ability to establish credibility and relationships across the organization
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of the aerospace industry
Additional Information
Salary range: $85,000 – $115,000. The salary range represents the low and high end of the Astroscale U.S. Inc. salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to experience, knowledge, and ability as applicable to the role.
