Overview:
Asa Sales Professional, youplay a critical roleinensuring everyclientreceivesan exceptionalexperience.You willdevelop relationships with clients,process transactions, answer questions,merchandiseproduct,keep the store neat and tidy,and ensureeveryclientleavesfeeling positive about their visit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptionalclientexperiencebyestablishingarelationshipwithclients,finding out why they are in the store,andmeeting their wants and needs through the showing and saleof our products and services
- Personally developproductknowledge baseby attending company-held trainings and education
- Clienteledaily todevelop continuous communicationand rapportwithin client relationship
- Contribute to a positive team mentalitythrough personal and professional mindset and performance
- Accuratelyand honestlyhandle cash and credit cardtransactions
- Effectivelyutilizeproprietary point-of-sale systemwithout oversight
- Ensure stores safetyby followingpropersecuritystandards
- Clean workspace daily; ensure thatall locations in the storeareneat and tidy
- Assistin the facilitation of outside eventsby inviting andcommunicatingwith personal client base
- Arriveatthe store within scheduledtimeframe; stay to completion of scheduled workday
- Assistwith other duties as assigned and delegated
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of luxury sales,specificallyluxury watches and jewelry preferred.Mustdemonstratea passion for mechanical luxury watches.
- Demonstrate strong working knowledge of Swiss watch brands.
- Entrepreneurial self-starter.
- Strong written, verbal, and quantitative/analytical skills.
- Strong technical skills orthe abilityto quickly learn technical concepts.Proactive, energetic attitude and desire to work in aresults-oriented and deadline-driven environment. Desire and ability to manage multiple relationships at a time. Team player.
- Motivated, tenacious, and resourceful: work independently,donttake "no" for an answer.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be able to work weekends
