TTF is recruiting for a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) on a full-time basis. The OT will evaluate residents’ functional abilities, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with staff to enhance independence, sensory regulation, and daily living skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct occupational therapy evaluations and functional assessments
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans
- Address ADLs, fine motor skills, sensory processing, and adaptive functioning
- Train and support Direct Support Professionals on therapeutic strategies
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, families, and case managers
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with state, Medicaid, and agency requirements
- Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and program development
Qualifications:
- Current Occupational Therapist license in the state of Florida (required)
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy or related field
- Experience in a group home or residential setting preferred
- Strong communication, leadership, and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Schedule:
- Full-Time
- Monday–Friday (schedule may vary based on program needs)
