Job Details:

• Work 4x10 hour day shifts from 6:45 AM to 5:15 PM with call responsibilities
\n• Float to Cobb facility for training as needed
\n• Perform comprehensive nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation
\n• Provide relationship-based patient centered care adapted to population specific characteristics
\n• Coordinate delivery and documentation of safe quality patient care
\n• Complete all initial and ongoing professional competency assessments and mandatory education
\n• Participate in interdisciplinary rounds, case reviews, and collaborative communication
\n• Function in fast-paced environment and respond to emergencies with decisive, composed manner
\n• Serve as preceptor and/or mentor for other professional nurses and staff
\n• Participate in evidence-based practice, nursing research, and performance improvement activities
\n• Required certifications: RN license (Single State or Multi-state Compact), BLS certification
\n• Associates or Diploma in Nursing required, Bachelor's degree preferred
\n• Less than 1 year experience required with completion of accredited nursing school
\n• Direct patient care experience preferred
\n• Strong interpersonal, collaborative, and customer service skills required
\n• Excellent time management and critical thinking skills essential
\n• Basic computer skills and ability to optimize technology for clinical care
