This position offers an excellent opportunity for a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide assessment services within a K-12 school setting in Fremont, CA. This contract role is designed for an experienced SLP seeking per diem work focused primarily on conducting thorough speech and language assessments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students across K-12 grades
- Collect detailed information to inform individualized education plans and interventions
- Collaborate with educational staff to ensure accurate and timely evaluation processes
- Present assessment findings and reports as necessary to designated supervisors and stakeholders
Qualifications:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathology licensure required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology is preferred
- Experience working with school-aged children in educational settings
- Strong assessment and diagnostic skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
