Responsibilities
Client Consultation: Engage with prospective and existing clients, understanding their specific insurance needs and providing comprehensive solutions.
Service Excellence: Deliver outstanding service by efficiently addressing client inquiries and concerns.
New business development via cross-selling and managing leads as received.
Policy Recommendations: Analyze and recommend suitable insurance policies that best align with the customers' needs.
Portfolio Management: Assist in managing client portfolios to ensure suitable coverage, while identifying opportunities for cross-selling additional policies.
Relationship Building: Foster trust-based relationships with clients to drive retention and long-term satisfaction.
Market Knowledge: Stay informed about industry trends and new products to provide clients with the best possible advice.
Requirements
Licensing: State licensure for insurance sales is mandatory and should be in good standing.
Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in insurance sales, consulting, or a related service role is required.
Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to articulate and convey complex insurance concepts clearly.
Customer Service: Demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
Analytical Skills: Ability to assess client needs and develop personalized insurance solutions.
Motivation: Proactive with a high level of self-motivation and a positive attitude toward achieving sales targets.
Team Collaboration: Capable of working cohesively within a team environment to reach common goals.
Local Knowledge: Familiarity with the Excelsior, Minnesota area and its community can be a plus.
