Drive over-the-road dry freight routes for Great Lakes Regional based in Edwardsville, KS, covering Kansas, Missouri, Iowa, Nebraska, Minnesota, and Wisconsin. This position is open to experienced CDL-A drivers (First Seat) as well as trainees, offering predictable Regional routes with home every two weeks.

Job Details:

• OTR dry freight routes across KS, MO, IA, NE, MN, and WI.
• Average weekly mileage of 2,000–2,500 miles.
• Predictable schedules with home every two weeks.
• Consistent lanes with steady freight.
• Home every two weeks for 2 full days

Pay:

• Weekly pay: $1,200–$1,500.
• Pay per mile: $0.56–$0.64 CPM.
• Short haul pay: $25 for loads under 100 miles.
• Extra stop pay: $25 per stop.

Trainee Drivers:

• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid CDL-A.
• Minimum 120 hours from an accredited trucking school.
• Structured 4–6 week on-the-road training with an experienced mentor.
• Solid employment history with no major unexplained gaps.
• Pass DOT physical and drug test.

Requirements:

• Valid CDL-A license.
• Experienced drivers must have a minimum of 6 months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience.
• Solid work history without major gaps.
• Pass DOT physical, drug test, MVR/PSP check.
• Age 21+.
