Job DescriptionWe are looking for a skilled Administrative Assistant to join our team on a contract basis in New York, New York. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a keen eye for detail. As part of the hospitality industry, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth daily operations and providing excellent administrative support.

Responsibilities:
• Manage and organize daily office operations to ensure efficiency.
• Answer and direct inbound calls professionally and promptly.
• Perform accurate data entry tasks to maintain up-to-date records.
• Provide receptionist support, including greeting visitors and handling inquiries.
• Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and other administrative tasks.
• Prepare, review, and distribute correspondence and documentation as needed.
• Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
• Support team members with administrative assistance for various projects.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures in all administrative tasks.• Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in using office software and tools, including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry.
• Strong attention to detail and customer service skills.
• Familiarity with receptionist duties and office management practices.
