💼 What You’ll Do:
As our MDS Coordinator, you will:
- Oversee timely and accurate completion of all MDS assessments
- Ensure compliance with Medicare/Medicaid regulations and RAI guidelines
- Monitor and manage data entry, transmission, and validation
- Present assessment data and reports to the Director of Nursing (DON)
- Support quality improvement initiatives related to resident care and documentation
- Participate in facility audits, surveys, and responses
- Stay current on changes in state and federal regulations
✅ What You’ll Need:
- Current RN license (active and in good standing)
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (RN, BSN, or LPN with experience)
- 3+ years of clinical experience in long-term care or subacute setting
- Prior MDS/RAI experience required
- Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
- Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid regulations and compliance standards
- COVID-19 vaccination (primary series) required
