Hospitalist Opportunity - Full-Time - Location: Billings, MT - Full-time, permanent positionAbout the Role: Join a collaborative team of 26 providers as a Hospitalist, delivering safe, high-quality patient care. You'll have the opportunity to work closely with care management, the ICU team, ED, and other departments, supported by excellent staff and onsite resources. This position offers mentorship, leadership roles, and professional growth within a respected and established hospitalist group.Position Details: Full-time schedule with 12-hour shifts Three shift options: day, swing, and night EPIC EMR system-wide Strong partnerships with ICU, Palliative Care, and ED teams Level 1 Trauma Center, Certified Stroke Center, and Chest Pain Center with PCI Compensation & Incentives: Base Salary: $300,300 with potential production incentives Starting Bonus: $25,000 Relocation Bonus: Up to $20,000 (if applicable) Student Loan Repayment: Up to $100,000 (if applicable) PSLF eligibility Benefits: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage Retirement savings plans Malpractice insurance coverage Paid time off and license reimbursement Annual CME allowance Coverage for pets Qualifications: MD or DO from an accredited medical or osteopathic school Board certified/eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Active Montana medical license or ability to obtain 3-5 years of Hospitalist experience preferred Successful completion of credentialing process required
