Job DescriptionRegional Float Front Desk Team Member / Director of First Impressions (D.O.F.I.)Pay: $15.00 per hourSchedule: Part-Time / As Needed | 12-Hour ShiftsFloat Area: Richmond Road, Wake Village & Arkansas BoulevardHealthCARE Express is looking for a friendly, dependable, and flexible team member to join our team as a Regional Float Director of First Impressions, or D.O.F.I.This is a part-time, as-needed position providing front desk coverage at our Richmond Road, Wake Village, and Arkansas Boulevard clinics. Rather than being assigned to one location, you'll float between these clinics based on coverage needs.This is a great fit for someone who enjoys variety, works well with different teams, and has the flexibility to travel between locations.Pay & Schedule$15.00 per hourPart-time, as-neededPrimarily 12-hour shifts from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PMMust be willing and able to work at Richmond Road, Wake Village, and Arkansas BoulevardHours and clinic location will vary based on coverage needsWhat You'll Be DoingAs a Regional Float D.O.F.I., you'll help keep front office operations running smoothly wherever you're needed. Responsibilities include:Welcoming patients and assisting with check-inConfirming patient demographics and insurance informationAnswering incoming callsCollecting payments and maintaining accurate patient accountsScanning and maintaining patient documentationResponding to patient questions and concerns professionallyMaintaining patient privacy and following HIPAA requirementsCommunicating closely with providers and other team membersCross-training and stepping in where support is neededWho We're Looking ForWe're looking for someone who is adaptable, organized, dependable, and comfortable working in different clinic environments.
