Job DescriptionJoin a well-established transportation and logistics organization that supports high-volume operations in a fast-paced environment. This team values clear communication, efficiency, and dependable coordination to ensure smooth daily operations.
* Coordinate and dispatch multiple drivers and trucks to support daily transportation operations
* Assign routes, manage pickup and delivery schedules, and monitor driver activity
* Communicate with drivers and internal teams regarding schedules, delays, and service updates
* Enter and manage operational data using dispatch and internal software systems

Required Skills & Experience:
* Must have at least 1 year of hands-on dispatching experience coordinating multiple drivers and vehicles
* Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
* Must be able to work Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm
* Must be able to work one weekend every 4-5 weeks
Preferred Skills & Experience
* Experience dispatching for long-haul trucking or transportation operations
* Knowledge of U.S. geography, local or long-haul trucking routes
