As a Training Manager, you play a key role in preparing and supporting our workforce. You lead required training for new staff, ensuring they stay certified and meet state standards. From onboarding new hires to managing annual recertifications, your work helps build confident teams and ensures consistent, high‑quality care across the agency.

What You’ll Do:
- Lead new hire orientation and coordinate training programs across the agency
- Track, schedule, and ensure completion of required trainings for staff
- Provide hands-on instruction in areas like CPR, safety, and other required topics
- Support and mentor staff to build skills, confidence, and consistency in their roles
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in training, coaching, or supporting staff development, ideally in a healthcare or human services setting
- A confident leader who enjoys teaching others and setting clear expectations
- Someone organized and dependable who can manage schedules, deadlines, and multiple priorities
- A high school diploma or GED required (degree preferred), plus a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
