Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Report to the office daily for training, client updates, performance reviews, and sales preparation

  • Represent the Vivint brand with professionalism, confidence, and integrity

  • Engage with customers through face-to-face interactions to explain products and promotions

  • Track and maintain accurate daily sales performance metrics

  • Consistently meet and exceed weekly sales targets

  • Attend and actively participate in team meetings, trainings, and workshops

Qualifications

  • Previous sales or customer service experience preferred (not required)

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred (not required)

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred

Compensation & Benefits

Annual Earning Potential: $70,000 – $90,000

Schedule

  • Monday – Friday: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM

  • Saturdays optional

Work Location

  • Office: Westchase District – Richmond Ave, Houston, TX 77042

  • Field Work: Face-to-face customer visits throughout the Greater Houston Area
