1:1 Care Professional | Premium Case | $25/hr

This is a complex, high-expectation 1:1 care case — and a rare opportunity for the right care professional.

Responsibilities

• Provide consistent, high-quality 1:1 care
• Support daily routines, mobility, and safety
• Transport client to appointments (personal vehicle required)
• Maintain professionalism in a structured, high-standard environment

Requirements — Non-Negotiable

• CNA certification required
• 2+ years of skilled nursing facility experience (SNF only — assisted living and behavioral health experience do not meet this requirement)
• Weekend availability
• Reliable personal transportation
• Strong attendance and punctuality record
