Nursing degree, active registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1+ years RN experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:

Active RN license with at least 2 years of ICU experience
Proven skills in ICU and IMC level care
Required certifications: ACLS and BLS
Previous Charge RN experience preferred, but first-time charge nurses are welcome to apply
Ability to manage patient ratios up to 1:5 in a critical care setting
Strong organizational and communication skills for effective patient flow management

Position Details:

Location: Tuscola, TX
Specialty: ICU / Medical-Surgical patient flow within a long-term acute care environment
Schedule: Night shift, 3 consecutive 12-hour shifts (7:00 PM 7:00 AM)
Weekend scheduling on an every-other-week basis
Contract role offering local placements with competitive pay
