Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Critical Care RN for a high-acuity Neuro Trauma/Surgical ICU at a Level II Trauma facility. This 12-bed unit specializes in neuro and trauma patients requiring advanced critical care interventions and close monitoring.

Unit Details:
• NT/SICU – Level II Trauma Center
• 12-bed unit
• 2:1 patient ratio
• EPIC charting system

Patient Population:
• Neuro and trauma critical care patients
• ICP monitoring
• CRRT
• Lumbar drains
• Complex ICU-level care

Requirements:
• Active California RN License
• BLS & ACLS required
• Minimum 5 years acute critical care experience required
• Level II trauma critical care experience required
• Previous traveler experience required
• EPIC experience required

Additional Details:
• Must be willing to float as needed to:

• Cardiovascular Unit
• Telemetry Care Unit
• ICU/CCU
• Med Surg Units

Ideal Candidate:
Strong, independent ICU RN with neuro/trauma experience, advanced critical care skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced Level II Trauma environment.
