We are seeking a hands-on Field Installation Lead Specialist to join our team and support the installation, testing, and commissioning of large-scale, high-power radio systems used for Military communication and distributed radar applications.
What You’ll Do
- Install, repair, test, and maintain high-power RF systems, electro-mechanical systems, and related components.
- Work from engineering drawings, mechanical schematics, and wire lists to perform assembly, troubleshooting, and installation activities.
- Conduct testing and validation of RF and digital systems.
- Lead small technical teams during onsite installation and testing at global locations.
Role Highlights
- Hands-on installation of high-power RF equipment supporting submarine communications and over-the-horizon radar operations.
- Assembly and installation of large coil systems (up to 30 ft tall).
- Fiber-optic routing and cable management.
- Experience with DLS systems is highly preferred.
- Wiring-focused roles require strong harness fabrication skills.
- Some positions do not require an active clearance at start but do require the ability to obtain a DoD Secret Clearance within 12 months.
- International travel 40-75% of the time with advanced notice for site installs
