Job Description🛠️ Carpenter Foreman – Lead the Build on Spokane Valley’s Top Construction ProjectsAbout the Role
We’re looking for a Carpenter Foreman with a strong work ethic and leadership mindset to guide crews on commercial construction sites throughout Spokane Valley. This is a hands-on position where you’ll oversee formwork, supervise concrete pours, and ensure every build meets blueprint standards.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and coordinate a team of carpenters and laborers on active job sites.
- Ensure form construction is precise and meets all design specifications.
- Supervise and assist with concrete panel pours.
- Contribute to a variety of construction efforts including tilt-up, cast-in-place, and new build projects.
What You Bring
- 2–4 years of experience in commercial construction.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints with confidence.
- Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment.
- Bonus if you have experience with tilt-up and cast-in-place construction or concrete-focused projects.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $25.00/hr.
