Join our team at the Westin Mt Laurel, where thoughtful service and attention to detail define the guest experience. We are seeking a Full-Time Housekeeping Houseperson who is dependable, team-oriented, and committed to maintaining the high standards our guests expect.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain cleanliness of guest floor corridors, service areas, stairwells, elevators, vending areas, guest laundry rooms, and floor closets.
  • Remove trash, debris, dirty linen, and used glassware; transport to appropriate areas for processing.
  • Stock and replenish linen carts, floor closets, and supplies as needed.
  • Clean and sanitize vending machines, ice machines, laundry equipment, and other designated surfaces.
  • Deliver guest-requested items promptly and transport guest laundry/dry cleaning as needed.
  • Ensure proper handling of lost and found items and guest room keys.
  • Maintain organized storage areas and ensure compliance with safety and fire prevention procedures.
  • Report unsafe conditions, accidents, or damages to management immediately.
  • Follow all company policies and maintain professional appearance standards.

Physical Demands:

  • Ability to lift, reach, bend, stoop, stand and walk continuously, climb stairs, and push or pull heavy equipment
  • Lifting one hundred (100) pounds maximum.
  • Stand and walk for varying lengths of time, often long periods
  • Frequent twisting, bending, stooping, reaching, standing, walking, talking, hearing, seeing and smiling.

Prior Hotel Housekeeping experience preferred.

Shift AM or PM – must be available for both

Must be available holidays and weekends.
