We are looking for a dedicated and empathetic Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. This position is based on-site and involves providing direct occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on occupational therapy interventions aimed at enhancing residents' independence and safety.
• Implement individualized care plans and monitor patient progress.
• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
• Educate both residents and their families about therapy processes and goals.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Certification as an Occupational Therapy Assistant.
