We are looking for an accountant / experienced bookkeeper to join our team! You will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial records for our company.
Responsibilities:
- Account payable, knowledge of Lien law
- Payroll specialist, multi state,
- Payroll for Union, Florida and California
- payroll and state taxes, 941s etc.
- analyze credit cards statement and payments
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in bookkeeping
- Fundamental knowledge of GAAP
- Experience with current computer accounting programs and reporting tools
- Detail and deadline-oriented
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Bilingual, English and Spanish
