Position: Receptionist / Office Clerk
Work Location: Prince George, VA 23875
Pay/Salary: $15/Hourly
Duration:
3+ months contract with high possibility of extension or conversion
Shift: Monday-Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a one-hour lunch break

Job Description:

  • Answer and direct incoming calls
  • Greet and assist visitors
  • Manage scheduling and calendar updates
  • Perform data entry and other clerical tasks
  • Support general office operations

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service or front desk reception
  • Strong communication skills—both written and verbal
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus, but not required
