Position: Receptionist / Office Clerk
Work Location: Prince George, VA 23875
Pay/Salary: $15/Hourly
Duration: 3+ months contract with high possibility of extension or conversion
Shift: Monday-Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a one-hour lunch break
Job Description:
- Answer and direct incoming calls
- Greet and assist visitors
- Manage scheduling and calendar updates
- Perform data entry and other clerical tasks
- Support general office operations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or front desk reception
- Strong communication skills—both written and verbal
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus, but not required
