Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a skilled Painter to join our team of hardworking professionals. In this role, you will contribute to the success of our projects by performing exterior and interior painting tasks while upholding our commitment to quality workmanship. We are not looking to employ independent contractors or previous business owners.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform high-quality painting work on both exterior and interior surfaces for various projects, including commercial, custom residential, and historical renovations.

Prepare surfaces for painting, including cleaning, sanding, and applying primer or sealants.

Operate and maintain painting equipment, such as sprayers, brushes, rollers, and other tools.

Collaborate with team members and follow project plans to achieve efficient and timely completion of tasks.

Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to safety protocols and proper handling of materials.

Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in painting techniques.
Qualifications:

Demonstrated experience in painting, with a preference for candidates with prior professional experience.

Knowledge of painting techniques and materials, as well as preparation and application processes.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, maintaining strong communication with coworkers and supervisors.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

Physical ability to perform the duties of the job, including lifting up to 75 lbs and working at heights.

Must possess a smartphone and reliable transportation to and from job sites.

Must have the ability to work at heights on scaffolding or man-lifts
Compensation and Benefits:

Full-time position with a competitive hourly wage ranging from $25.00 to $35.00 per hour, based on experience.
