Empire Beer Garden, the largest restaurant and bar at Empire Outlets, is re-opening under new ownership in Spring 2026. Featuring one of the largest draft beer selections in New York City, an elevated bar menu with refined entrees, craft cocktails, expansive sports viewing, interactive entertainment, and the area’s largest outdoor bar space with Manhattan skyline views, this is a premier destination for all ages and occasions!
We are seeking experienced, motivated, and hospitality-driven professionals to join our opening team.
Front of House Staff
Responsibilities
-Provide unparalleled hospitality to all guests throughout each guest’s visit
-Deliver food and beverages accurately with proper garnish, etiquette, and efficiency
-Follow established service standards and steps of service
-Maintain cleanliness and organization of all FOH areas
-Ensure compliance with Department of Health regulations
-Work collaboratively with management and team members
-Respect and adhere to all EBG policies, protocols, and expectations
Qualifications:
-Prior restaurant or hospitality experience required, minimum 2 years
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
-Availability for nights, weekends and holidays
-Must be 18+ years old
-Two past employer references and/or contact information
Line Cook
Responsibilities:
-Exude culinary acumen and perform duties and procedures outlined by BOH leadership and management
-Collaborate with BOH leadership and team members
-Comply with Department of Health and food safety regulations
-Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation
-Prepare and execute menu items according to established recipes and standards
-Maintain consistency in food quality and presentation
-Respect and adhere to all EBG policies, protocols, and expectations
Qualifications:
-Prior line cook experience, minimum 2 years
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
-Ability to work efficiently under pressure
-Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
