Real Focus Media is hiring a part-time Real Estate Photographer to serve the Chico area.
No experience? No problem. We hire for integrity, professionalism, and personality—we train the technical skills.
This is more than a photography role. It’s a client-facing position where you’ll represent our brand, build relationships, and contribute to the growth of a fast-expanding company.
Compensation & Growth Path
Paid Training:
- $20/hour during training
After Certification (Per Shoot Pay):
- Tier 1 Photographer: $24 per production unit
- Tier 2 (Advanced Media): $29 per production unit
- Growth path to Lead Photographer ($35+ per unit equivalent)
Eligible for performance-based bonuses after initial certification
Mileage reimbursement: IRS standard rate
What You’ll Do
- Travel locally to residential properties
- Capture interior & exterior photos using a structured shot list
- Learn additional services (3D tours, drone, video, premium media)
- Represent the brand professionally with agents and homeowners
- Deliver a high-quality, relationship-focused client experience
- Identify opportunities to strengthen the brand and client relationships
- Upload media after each shoot (no editing required)
Schedule & Availability
- Part-time: 15–20 hours per week (growth to 30+)
- Work primarily during daylight hours
- Occasional sunset appointments
- Flexible scheduling based on bookings
- Must be comfortable with slight week-to-week variability
