We are looking for a industrial maintenance associate that desires to be part of a team. A successful candidate will have 3 phase power experience and desire to work together in a high-performance work culture. This position is a Multicraft maintenance associate. This is our 2nd location and we have been in operation for over 1 year. We have a proven track record with over 100% annual growth rate. There are opportunities for advancement. Responsibilities
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on industrial machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems as needed.
- Read and interpret schematics and technical manuals to diagnose issues.
- Utilize programmable logic controllers and CMMS for maintenance tracking and reporting.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance operational efficiency and safety standards.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
