Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a smooth, positive candidate experience
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and coordinate interviews
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring accuracy and timely communication
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including new hire paperwork, orientations, and training coordination
  • Facilitate employee review processes, retention programs, and engagement initiatives
  • Generate reports and track recruiting metrics to improve hiring effectiveness
  • Provide administrative HR support and assist with company events, trainings, and employee programs


Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in an HR role
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills (able to handle shifting priorities with ease)
  • Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • A proactive, team-oriented mindset (flexible, dependable, and eager to help wherever needed)
