IMAQ Resources, LLC provides federal government agencies with uniformed security and facilities support services. We have an immediate need for a Production Control Clerk. The Production Control Clerk will serve as the primary point of contact for all personnel. This includes communicating, recording, and tracking all work requests.

Essential Functions:

  • Responsible for managing the administrative functions of daily operations including purchasing, time sheets, and budgeting.
  • Responsible for creating and maintaining maintenance work schedules in the NCMMS to include preventive maintenance, repairs, and equipment inspections.
  • Generate work orders detailing the specific tasks to be performed, the required materials, and scheduled maintenance dates.
  • Serves as the central point of contact at an Administrative Help Desk for GSA, tenants, project management, and maintenance personnel to receive and distribute service requests to appropriate points of call, communicates work order details, provides status updates, and keeps everyone informed and coordinated.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of completed maintenance tasks, equipment histories, and document changes or improvements to the facility’s systems and equipment.
  • Manage facility inventories and asset management data quality in the NCMMS.
  • Support quality assurance and quality control objectives through recordkeeping and assistance with analysis of asset data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities to increase efficiency in the maintenance process.
  • Prepare reports and deliverables to support the GSA and project management in making informed decisions.
  • Monitor and report Key Performance Indicators and other QA/QC reports helping to assess the effectiveness and efficiency of operations and the Quality Management System.
  • Supports the task order process by managing documentation, scheduling, and task order close-out reporting.

Education/Certifications:

  • Minimal of High School diploma is required

Required Qualifications:

  • 2 years of relevant experience required.
  • Familiarity with IT programs such as Maximo (NCMMS), Google Business applications, and MS Office.
