We are seeking highly skilled and mission-driven CI/HUMINT Source Managers at the Junior, Mid, and Senior levels to provide critical support to HUMINT and CI operations, source management, and asset validation.Your MissionAs a CI/HUMINT Source Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the integrity, effectiveness, and security of HUMINT and CI operations. You will directly support source operations, asset validation, and CI risk assessment while enabling the success of U.S. military and intelligence missions.What You’ll Do

  • Respond to ad hoc and crisis tasking by providing briefings, reports, and operational support.
  • Conduct CI/HUMINT Targeting, Lead Development, Source Management, and Asset Validation activities.
  • Identify, coordinate, de-conflict, and correct records in the Source Operations Management Module (SOMM).
  • Author, coordinate, and review GCOMS cables and contact reports in support of USCENTCOM CI/HUMINT operations.
  • Plan, assemble, and coordinate CI/HUMINT asset validation events; provide recommendations to U.S. Government decision-makers.
  • Conduct CI asset validation and risk assessments for HUMINT source operations.
  • Maintain CI operational picture in support of the USCENTCOM J2 CICC.
  • Monitor, identify, and assess foreign intelligence threats, including collection efforts targeting U.S. persons, operations, and emerging technologies.
  • Apply understanding of CI capabilities, TTPs, and foreign intelligence activities to produce analytic assessments and develop CI strategies.
  • Develop and deliver training on CI/HUMINT collection operations and tradecraft.
  • Provide team lead or branch chief input for Weekly Activity Reports (WAR) as required.

What You BringEducation & Experience (must meet one of the following based on level):

  • Senior Level: Master’s degree + 12 years relevant experience OR Bachelor’s degree + 17 years relevant experience.
  • Mid Level: Bachelor’s degree + 8 years relevant experience.
  • Junior Level: Bachelor’s degree + 3 years relevant experience OR 7 years of relevant experience without a degree.

Required Skills & Knowledge:

  • Active TS/SCI clearance.
  • Graduate of the Fundamentals of Intelligence Analysis course (in-residence) or Military Service equivalent.
  • Proven track record supporting CI/HUMINT source operations, asset validation, and operational assessments.
  • Strong ability to analyze CI threats, assess foreign intelligence capabilities, and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for authoring cables, reports, and briefings.
  • Experience collaborating across military, intelligence, and interagency partners.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience supporting USCENTCOM operations.
  • Familiarity with SOMM, GCOMS, and CI/HUMINT operational tools.
  • Experience providing training or instruction in HUMINT/CI TTPs.
  • Regional expertise or experience supporting a designated Area of Responsibility (AOR).
