Overview:
Tender Lawn Care is hiringSnow Shovelers to help keep sidewalks, driveways, and entrances safe during winter storms. This is an active, outdoor role where youll make an immediate impact.
 
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Shovel snow and clear ice from sidewalks, building entrances, and other areas.</li>
<li>Spread salt, sand, and ice melt to prevent slips and hazards.</li>
<li>Follow safety protocols and wear cold-weather gear.</li>
<li>Work on-call hours: overnight, early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed.</li>
</ul>
 
Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Physically able to lift, push, and move snow up to 50 lbs.</li>
<li>Dependable and flexible for winter weather shifts.</li>
<li>Previous snow removal or outdoor labor experience preferred but not required.</li>
<li>Own proper cold-weather clothing.</li>
<li>Valid drivers license.</li>
