Event Rental Office Worker
Job Summary:
The Event Rental Office Worker supports day-to-day office operations for an event rental company by assisting customers, processing rental orders, coordinating schedules, and ensuring accurate communication between clients, warehouse staff, and delivery teams. This role requires strong organization, customer service skills, and attention to detail to help events run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer phone calls, emails, and messages from customers and vendors
- Assist clients with rental selections, pricing, availability, and questions
- Create and update rental quotes, contracts, invoices, and order forms
- Confirm event details such as delivery times, pickup times, and locations
- Coordinate delivery and setup schedules with warehouse and driver teams
- Process payments, deposits, and basic billing tasks
- Maintain accurate records of orders, inventory needs, and customer information
- Handle last-minute changes and solve issues quickly and professionally
- Keep office area organized and support management with administrative tasks
Requirements & Skills
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent organization and multitasking ability
- Attention to detail and accuracy with paperwork and orders
- Comfortable using computers, phones, and office programs
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Event rental, customer service, or office experience is a plus
- Bilingual is a plus
- Team player, willing to jump in any role if needed
Work Environment
- Office-based role with frequent coordination with warehouse/delivery staff
- Busy seasonal schedule, including weekends or holiday availability
- May require occasional on-site event support depending on needs
- Work schedule is Tuesday through Saturday
