Shift: 2nd shift (Mon–Thu, 4:45 PM–3:15 AM)
Type: Temp-to-Hire

Pay: $19/hr on w2

Experience:

• Background in manufacturing, production, or machine operation (1–3 years preferred)
• Experience in assembly line, packaging, or press operation environments
• Prior work in fast-paced, physically demanding industrial settings

Skills:

• Mechanically inclined — able to operate and assist with machines
• Safety-focused — follows PPE, lockout/tagout, and plant safety procedures
• Quality & detail-oriented — ensures correct labeling, counts, and packaging
• Team player — communicates well and supports team operations
• Physically capable — able to lift 30–50 lbs and stand for long periods

Personality & Reliability:

• Punctual and dependable (attendance is essential)
• Willing to learn and take direction
• Comfortable working in hot, dusty, or noisy manufacturing environments
