Job Description
We are searching for a Contract Corporate Recruiter for one of our top medical device clients in Fairfield County, CT. This position partners with the hiring manager to bring top talent to the organization.
Pay: $50/hr
Type: Contract
Location: Fairfield County, CT (onsite M-F 8am-5pm)
Duties:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, from intake and sourcing through offer negotiation and closeout.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to align on hiring goals, deliver consistent updates, and tailor search strategies to each role.
- Serve as the main point of contact for candidates and hiring teams, providing guidance throughout the hiring process.
- Develop and execute creative, multi-channel sourcing plans, including direct outreach, social platforms, referral programs, job boards, and campus recruiting.
- Oversee job postings and vendor partnerships, reviewing external recruiter submissions, scheduling interviews, and ensuring active agreements are in place.
- Maintain compliance with EEO guidelines by managing required disclosures, applicant records, and posting language.
- Use the ATS to accurately track candidate progress and maintain clean data across requisitions.
- Deliver weekly hiring reports to key stakeholders and assist with talent projects or other recruiting initiatives as needed.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a blended corporate and agency background.
- Experience hiring sales talent, including both inside and field roles.
- Background in medical device recruitment is highly desirable.
- Skilled in using ATS platforms, job boards, and digital sourcing tools, including social media.
- Open to occasional travel (up to 5%).
